At the end of semester and when you have given out grades to your students in the LSF software, your teaching assignment is complete and can be invoiced.

Manual billing:

• You need to download the Billing Sheet for Associate Lecturers and Accounting sheet for Lecturers [PDF], fill it manually and submit a scan by e-mail or post the original completed form to the Faculty Administration Office
• If you have carried out an examination with your students such as a test, a presentation, a homework submission or a project work, you can invoice it separately on the following form Examination Billing Sheet for Associate Lecturers. It also needs to be e-mailed or sent by post to the Administration Office
